If you find yourself spending a little too much time watching TV and trying to find new music, you've just found your perfect home. TV Show Music is run by fans of both TV and music. As compared to other websites listing music, we know what music played. We strive to be the most accurate site and we don't just sit around waiting for you to add content to our website. Your job is to discover music and explore. We are also the ONLY website that works with music supervisors themselves to get the music data, assuring you have the most accurate and quickly updated info.
Use our search to find tracks and listen to music from many TV shows. We feature thousands of tracks in music playlists that you can play non-stop for free. We also provide easy links to Amazon.com to purchase soundtracks and DVD's. We're always interested in your comments and feedback or just to say hello. Andrew (Owner)
- According to Andrew, the whole idea for TV Show Music came about from a little known Buffy & Angel Radio station on Live365.com back in 2003. That radio station played music and dialogue from the shows which he soon fell in love with. That idea evolved into the creation of AliasAudioRadio on Live365 playing music and dialogue from that show. It was sort of successful, but at the time he was a poor college student and couldn't keep up with the broadcasting fees. It went off the air later in 2004 and was replaced in 2005 with Veronica Mars Radio based on the same concept. The great success of Veronica Mars Radio then led to the formation of Grey's Anatomy Radio and the TV Show Radio name. When internet broadcasting rates continued to climb, the two stations went off air, TV Show Radio became TV Show Music and led to what you see today. The website continues to grow from the original 14 shows to over 50, while still containing playlists from every show. It's Andrew's dream to make TV Show Music the only industry recognized music supervisor website. - A mystery and puzzle enthusiast from an early age, Jodi has now turned her detective skills to tracking down the songs heard on television shows. In between watching way too much TV, you can usually find her lurking around music forums, listening to an endless list of song clips or trying to coax Google into giving up its musical secrets.
Pete (Shows Contributor)
- Pete has been a music guru from a very young age. In addition to having worked in the radio industry, he has operated as a freelance Mobile Disc Jockey on the weekends for over 15 years. And if that weren’t enough, Pete has a weekly radio show on Destination Doo Wop. A few years ago he started collecting music from Smallville and is co-owner of The Definitive Smallville Soundtrack website. Now, he has collections for many of the TV shows listed here and has become a weekly contributor to TV Show Music.
