- "The Honest Truth" by Typhoon. Chuck tells the team to leave without him; the team enacts Chuck's plan while Chuck escapes by jumping through a window.

- "Half Moon" by Blind Pilot. Chuck & Casey comment on how Morgan seems different; while jogging, Chuck asks Sarah why she wanted him to be Morgan's handler; Casey phones Gertrude for a date, then hangs up.

- "White Nights" by The Golden Filter. Chuck & Ellie talk about their dad & taking down Shaw; Casey tells Alex that he loves her.
- "Love Can Drive Your Mind Wild" by The Kickdrums. The group enjoys their Christmas party; Jeff & Lester reminisce; Sarah thanks Chuck for saving her; Clara has her photo taken with Santa Big Mike; General Beckman informs Sarah that Shaw wants to meet with her.

- "Life, Oh Life" by Dads. Flashback of Sarah leaving the baby with her mom & telling her she can never see her again; Sarah tells Chuck about the baby; repeats as Ryker dies and Chuck & Casey take out the rest of Ryker's men; Sarah is reunited with her mom & meets Molly.
- "We Are Young" by Fun. ft Janelle Monae. The group has dinner; Molly tells Sarah about her stuffed dog; Sarah's mom thanks Chuck for giving Sarah a family; Alex kisses Morgan; montage; flashback to Sarah getting her assignment on Chuck.

- "The Weight" by The Band. Jeff & Lester wake up in a convertible in the middle of nowhere; repeats as they reawaken in the convertible and when Big Mike picks them up for a Vegas trip; Sarah phones Chuck to talk about checking out new office spaces.

- "Cruel And Beautiful World" by Grouplove. Alex gives Casey a goodbye hug; Chuck tells Ellie it's okay if she moves away; Morgan advises Chuck that he knows in his heart where to find Sarah.
