Cooper & Charlotte work on making a new memory in the bedroom; Naomi asks Addison to have Sam check on Maya & the baby while she is gone on foundation business, then she reveals that Sam never told her what happened when he quit surgery; flashback to Sam telling Naomi he lost the patient.

- "Holding On" by David Gray. Amelia asks Addison what the option of having kids is worth to her; Cooper talks to Violet about adopting Betsey;
- "Severus And Stone" by Ben Cooper. Steven tells Pete how Elena changed after they met; Cooper talks to Charlotte about Kenny, Betsey & adoption; Addison & Amelia tell Steven & Pete that the surgery went well; Kenny's mother informs Cooper that Kenny tried to kill himself.
- "The Shame" by Alex Cornish. Violet asks the group if anyone is willing to take Betsey, but no one answers; Violet tells Betsey that she hopes she will find a new family; Violet tells the group they did a bad thing in not taking Betsey in.

- "She Said" by Plan B. Violet tries to sew Lucas a Halloween costume & tells Pete about a childhood Halloween experience; Charlotte gets annoyed when she thinks Cooper is imagining her pregnant.
- "All In A Day" by The Open Sea. Cooper asks Violet how her search for Pete's brother is going, then he tries to convince her not to send an email to the guy she thinks might be Pete's brother; Sam & Addison argue about disagreeing professionally.
- "Shed Their Fear" by Yael Meyer. Violet & Pete take Lucas trick or treating, and Pete finally reveals details about his childhood; Charlotte leaves her office.

- "Prelude In C Major" by Bach. Charlotte drags herself to her desk, then goes to the hospital; Pete finds Charlotte raiding the hospital supply closet; repeats as Charlotte walks out of the hospital; flashes of the attack.

- "Stumble On The Line" by Andy Zipf. Pete & Cooper argue over Elisa's treatment; Addison reveals to Sam that she did a rape kit on Charlotte against her wishes.
- "The Moon Is Down" by Ben Cooper. Elisa tells Pete that she doesn't want another round of chemo; Charlotte thanks Sheldon for 'doing nothing'; Violet tries to talk to Charlotte; Pete tells Violet about Elisa, then Violet tells Pete she was raped in college & asks him if he thinks Charlotte was raped; Cooper climbs into bed with Charlotte.
- "Watermark" by Sleeping At Last. Violet tells Charlotte about being raped in college; Charlotte shoves everything off her desks; Sheldon tells Detective Price that he thinks he knows who Lee McHenry's victim was; Sam stays with Addison while she calls in the rape kit; Charlotte asks Amelia to go to an AA meeting.

- "Juju's Theme" by Undersea Poem. Addison & Sam talk about how Charlotte will ever recover & how it will effect Cooper; Cooper & Charlotte arrive at the police station, then she sends him ahead to find out why they want to see her.
- "Red Rocking Chair" by Black Prairie. Julie tells her Mom that she wants to have the surgery; Charlotte tells Cooper her attacker was not in the lin-up & she won't view more line-ups; Pete asks his mom if she's sorry she killed Henry; Sheldon informs Charlotte that Lee has a girlfriend & child; Violet informs Cooper that Charlotte was raped.
- "In The Morning" by Fran Healy. Addison tells Sam that she wants a baby & doesn't want to wait; Pete seeks reassurance from Violet that he did the right thing; Cooper tells Charlotte that Lee can't go free; Charlotte picks Lee out of a line-up.

- "1000 Boys" by Matt Duncan. Amelia joins the guy's poker game, then complains about their baby-related conversation.
- "Ships On The Shoreline" by Unkle Bob. Addison refuses to talk about the 'baby thing' with Sam; Cooper goes to Sheldon's office, but doesn't want to talk himself; Violet & Pete find Addison craddling Emily's baby, then Addison tells them she didn't tie Emily's tubes.
- "Here On The Ground" by Noelle Hampton. Addison gives Emily a choice of help with her baby or a thousand dollars; Sam asks Addison for time before they talk about babies.
- "Homesick" by Sleeping at Last. Cooper tells Sheldon that the Charlotte he fell in love with is gone; Addison gets a call from Bizzy, then meets her plane where Bizzy asks for her help.

- "Brand New Shoes" by She and Him. Violet tells Naomi that she wrote a book; Addison & Amelia observe Bizzy holding Susan's hand; Addison tells Susan there's nothing she can do for her cancer.
- "Pennies In The Snow" by Farryl Purkiss. Naomi tells Addison to stand up to Bizzy; Pete asks Violet if she's okay with the world knowing details of her life; Charlotte cries when she & Cooper start to get intimate.
- "I'm In Here (Piano / Vocal Version)" by Sia. Addison operates on Susan; Pete tries to convince Cory's wife to let them operate; Cory's mistress announces she's pregnant.

- "Miss Previously Loved" by Gareth Dunlop. Pete informs Lorraine that Claudine & Elliot what to keep the baby; Cooper tells Sheldon he can't date Marla if he wants to be a friend to Violet; Addison takes the baby to Claudine, then talks to her about Lorraine.

Tyler's parents sit at his bedside; Amelia waits for Addison to take the pregnancy test; Charlotte tells Cooper that he's a great doctor; Sheldon shows up at Marla's door; Violet confesses to Pete that she does want people to like her; Addison tells Sam she's not pregnant, then asks if he's committed to having a child with her.

- "Bring On The Wonder" by Sarah McLachlan. Cooper & Charlotte kiss after she surprises him with a piano; Marla tells Sheldon to call her when their relationship is more important to him than what Violet thinks; Violet consoles Pete over his mother's death.

- "We're On The Run" by Gold Motel. Amelia makes breakfast as she welcomes Addison back home, then Addison tells her that she gave Sam an ultimatum.

Addison watches Gary & Val with their baby; Charlotte tells Cooper she's ready to send out the invitations; Pete tells Violet that Katie dropped the lawsuit, but a complaint was filed with the medical board; Addison tells Sam she has already waited too long for a baby.

- "Heart & Arrow" by Matt Duncan. Charlotte shows Cooper her family's wedding dress, then they end up in an argument.

Sam confronts Addison about telling Naomi they had broken up; Charlotte tells Amelia that Cooper's parents don't like her; the medical board member tells the practice that they are copying their patient files; the practice discusses what to do about Violet's situation and how it will affect them.
- "The Winter From Her Leaving" by William Fitzsimmons. Cooper & Charlotte's dinner starts; Amelia & Addison discuss the unhappy mood of the party; Pete accuses Addison of abandoning Violet; Naomi kisses Fife; Sheldon chats with Charlotte's mother; Amelia tells Cooper's parents that they should give Charlotte a chance; Cooper & Charlotte parents tell them they shouldn't get married.
- "Love Is You" by Chrisette Michele. Charlotte & Cooper elope in Las Vegas; the wedding guests talk about Charlotte & Cooper elopement; Violet apologizes to the practice, then the group makes a toast.
